Short at Today's Close (S&P 500 2140)

Primary short term indicator is Bearish.  Nice gain today and we avoided a loss by covering our short position the prior day; given the bounce, it's time to reverse the trade and go fully short.  Accordingly,  went 100% short at today's close (S&P 500 2133).
